He has served as President of AIGA St. Louis, the local chapter for the professional organization for design. Brandon Dempsey

Brandon Dempsey is a serial entrepreneur and driving force behind his marketing firm goBRANDgo!, specializing in outsourced marketing services for privately held $10-100 million growth oriented companies. He is also the Chair of EO Accelerator, where he oversees a global program for entrepreneurship. Brandon’s past startup companies include a remote work consulting company, a professional employers organization, a business continuity planning firm and a website development agency which all were either sold or merged into larger organizations. Brandon is a featured thought leader in numerous online and print outlets, such as Forbes, Inc., and Huffington Post. When he isn’t working, he spends his time training for Ironman triathlons and motorcycling through countries around the world. Segun Babalola, MBA is an Economic Development Professional with expertise in Entrepreneurship and Business development solutions.

Segun has extensive experience working for regional and international economic development organizations. He is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for Real estate and Fintech. Segun serves as the President of the African Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis with the purpose of developing the entrepreneurial African immigrant population and fostering trade between St Louis and the continent of Africa. Segun is also the Vice-Chair for the St. Louis County Clean Energy Development Board.

Mr. Babalola received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University as well as a degree in International Studies from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes, France. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Webster University, St. Louis.

Lee Broughton
Founder of Broughton Brand Company and Chief Brand Architect for St. Louis CITY SC

With over 20 years of brand marketing experience, Lee Broughton’s career has spanned both agency and consultancy, and in various leadership roles within the brand marketing department at Enterprise Holdings where he led the articulation of the brand essence and value propositions, crafting strategy and execution of marketing related activities. In 2018, Broughton made the decision to explore a new venture and set up a brand strategy practice here in St. Louis, called BBC – Broughton Brand Company.

Broughton has also held the position of Chief Brand Architect for St. Louis’ Major League Soccer (MLS) team, St. Louis CITY SC, since the female-led ownership group was formed in 2018. In this role, Broughton oversees all aspects of CITY’s brand and marketing, which includes developing the club’s vision of being about more than just soccer by building something transformational for the entire St. Louis region.

Khalia Collier

Entrepreneur. Pioneer. Trailblazer. Khalia Collier wears many hats as Vice President of Community Relations for St. Louis CITY SC and the owner of The St. Louis Surge. A St. Louis native, Collier has taken on the task of unifying communities in the region through the power of sport. In her role with St. Louis CITY SC, she is channeling her passion of sports management and community development to help the Major League Soccer (MLS) team deliver on its promise to be an exceptional club and neighbor.

Collier became the Surge’s owner at the age of 23, building the first sustainable women’s basketball franchise in the Gateway City. A decade and two national championships later, The Surge has changed the game by redefining winning on and off the court playing in the Global Women’s Basketball Association (GWBA).
