Authenticity and Customer Connection with Urban Chestnut Brewing Company

How has Urban Chestnut become one of the largest craft brewers in Missouri? Having a good quality product is a start, but there’s more to brewing than just making great beer. Ashley Troutman of UCBC will discuss the overall brand strategy of the company and how they’ve built and fostered a rich customer experience in their taste rooms and at their events for the past nine years. She will also touch on the ways they create authentic connections with consumers and the challenge of maintaining brand consistency while keeping things fresh.
Ashley is the Marketing and Business Operations Manager at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company. She is part of the original team at UCBC and has extensive knowledge of marketing and hospitality within the craft beer industry. Ashley is originally from SC with an MFA from Clemson University. She loves calling STL home and thinks it’s one of the best beer towns in the country.
