Every business has a brand, but it is often underutilized and not well understood. Many consider their brand a marketing tool to be used primarily for marketing campaigns. But a strong brand expresses an organization’s purpose, values, and unique points of difference, which is a matter not just for the Marketers of the group, but the entire Leadership Team. Strong brands act as a lighthouse, providing strategic direction and focus that can help channel organizational energy, inspire you/your teams, attract business and even galvanize your community – ultimately creating greater business impact, more efficiently. During our time together, we will focus on the five key building blocks – target consumer, key distinctive equities, core values, brand persona, purpose – critical to building a strong brand over time.
