February 20 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Your team is full of amazing people—and you want more just like them. But how do you share your organization’s story in a way that resonates with potential employees who share your values?
Attracting top talent requires more than just a job posting; it demands a story. David Fults and Chris Burke of the City of St. Peters Communications & Strategy team will share what they learned about employee recruitment through storytelling during their team’s Difference Makers Wanted campaign, winner of two national awards.
They’ll talk about how developing connections with the people across their organization helps their team find and tell compelling stories on LinkedIn and their owned media. Key topics covered include:
- Create a compelling employee brand: Give your employees an identity they can take pride in—make them the stars of your story!
- Build relationships: Developing connections with employees is essential for crafting authentic and impactful stories.
- Foster a positive culture: Employee recruitment campaigns can inspire internal pride and contribute to a thriving work environment.
- Leverage multimedia storytelling: Discover how to adapt content for LinkedIn, owned media, and other platforms.
- Master video storytelling: Keep it short and engaging—90 seconds or less!
Learn how to craft a powerful recruitment strategy that resonates with prospective employees while enhancing your workplace culture. Through storytelling, multimedia campaigns, and employee branding, you’ll discover actionable tactics to draw the right talent and create an environment they’re excited to join.
