Holly O’Brien

VP Marketing & Advertising – Golden Nugget Casino, Las Vegas NV

Holly O’Brien joined the Hospitality industry over 20 years ago from the consumer packaged goods sector, having worked in product development at Kraft Foods and Joe Boxer. She approaches the casino hotel business with a focus on brand engagement and customer loyalty.

In her roles as a casino executive at Harrah’s, Hard Rock and Golden Nugget, she has been a customer advocate and champion of loyalty-driving service. Her oversight of casino loyalty programs, player’s clubs, casino hosts, advertising, database marketing, VIP Services and social media have forged her hands-on tactics for customer acquisition and lifelong retention.  In her spare time, she is an adjunct professor at UNLV’s William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, and teaches Hotel Marketing, Working With Diversity, and Customer Experience. For her work on the Diversity curriculum, she was awarded Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Member of the Year.

She was an active appointee in the Nevada State Covid Committee’s reopening strategy, she serves on Expedia’s CEO Action Committee for Diversity & Inclusion Commitment, and she volunteers on Global Gaming Women’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Education committees. She also sits on the Super Bowl Host Committee, which has been instrumental in ensuring League, player and visitor engagement with the City of Las Vegas. 

During her five years in St. Louis, she worked at Zipatoni and Harrah’s, and enjoyed leadership roles with the AMA and PRSA chapters.

She has been a panelist and keynote speaker at numerous Gaming, Public Relations and Marketing conferences, and appears frequently on the LinkedIn “Casino Update” platform.

Holly earned her MBA in International Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham University, and holds an Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration from UNLV. 

Amanda Chamov

Director of Global Strategic Services, Meetings & Events – American Express Global Business Travel

A seasoned marketing leader, Amanda Chamov began as a copywriter and progressed to digital and content marketing roles, then team leadership. At American Express GBT Meetings & Events, she directs marketing priorities and aligns key projects with the company’s big-picture objectives. In addition to strategic planning, Amanda’s team oversees governance for the company’s global delivery of creative and production services for events. A former AMA STL board member, Amanda enjoys connecting with the local marketing community. 

Edmound Elzy

Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service – St. Louis City SC

Edmound Elzy is the Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service for St. Louis City SC, prior to joining City SC, Elzy most recently was Director of Ticket Sales and Service for the Orange Bowl Committee and worked for eight years with the NBA’s Indiana Pacers in roles that involved premium ticket and suite sales.

Andrew Glantz

Founder – GiftAMeal

Andrew Glantz, founder and CEO of GiftAMeal, pioneered a unique “food for photos” initiative, donating over 1.8 million meals to those in need. Launched during his time at Washington University in St. Louis in 2015, the platform partners with nearly 1,000 restaurants to support local food banks. Recognized by the hospitality and hunger-relief sectors, including a 2023 Industry Hero Award, Glantz is a leading figure in social entrepreneurship. Residing in St. Louis and featured on the Business Journal’s “30 under 30” list, he contributes as Washington University’s Alumni Board of Governors’ youngest member and guest lectures at universities.

Jacob Koscelny

Loyalty Marketing Manager – Bayer Crop Science

On average, a farmer in the US must make over 140 decisions for their operation every year. It can be challenging to build and maintain loyalty among farmers with so many high-stakes decisions to make, often simultaneously. During this discussion, we will explore the techniques and strategies used by Bayer Crop Science to appreciate our loyal grower customers while encouraging their purchasing behavior through loyalty program tactics. Jacob works at Bayer Crop science where is responsible for developing strategies and implementing loyalty marketing initiatives via Bayer PLUS Rewards to reward US farmer purchases from Bayer Crop Science.    He works to create and deliver an optimal customer experience for Bayer, covering loyalty programs, services, and touchpoints along the farmer purchasing journey.   He also helps ensure that Bayer leads the digital transformation of agriculture by identifying market trends in the digital arena, creating benchmarks, and connecting opportunities from the agriculture scene. He develops contextual marketing strategies by unlocking new insights for balanced traditional and digital media mix plans.

Brand Manager – Professional Division, Royal Canin US, St. Louis MO

Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities to reach and recruit new PRO customers and influencers for Royal Canin and Eukanuba. Key areas of responsibilities include: Recruiting and overseeing key partners and sponsorships, Developing sales tools to support recruitment initiatives, Developing and implementing PRO event strategies, – Overseeing media and advertising for the PRO pillar, Project lead for the AKC National Championship.
